TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use by you of the sauna and cold plunge facilities (the Services) provided by The Wild Sauna Experience Limited (also referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Wild Sauna’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Limitation of Liability

Neither The Wild Sauna nor any of our employees, agents or sub-contractors will be liable to you for:

– Any loss, damage or theft of any property brought onto our premises or our car parking facilities; or

– Any death, personal injury or illness occurring on our premises (including that caused by use of facilities and/or equipment) unless caused by our, or any of employees’, agents’ or sub-contractors’ negligent act or omission.

You are responsible for ensuring that you correctly operate or use any facilities and/or equipment (including adjusting levels or settings) which we provide, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any instruction provided to you by any of our employees. If you are in any doubt about how to correctly operate any equipment, you should consult one of our employees before use.

3. Health and Medical Considerations

Without prejudice to condition 2 above:

– You acknowledge and accept that using the sauna and cold plunge facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, dizziness, heat exhaustion, cold shock, and potential medical emergencies.

– You warrant that you are in good health and physically capable of using the facilities.

– If you have medical conditions such as heart disease, high/low blood pressure, respiratory issues, an infection of any kind, if you are pregnant, have sickness/diarrhoea, have epilepsy or have a skin rash SAUNA/COLD PLUNGE USE IS PROHIBITED.  If you are in any doubt about whether a ‘wild sauna experience’ is safe with a medical condition, please consult your GP.

– If you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or health issues while using the Services, you must cease use immediately and seek medical assistance if necessary.

4. Code of Conduct

– Users must follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from our employees.

– Alcohol, illegal substances, and inappropriate behaviour are strictly prohibited.

– Proper swimwear or attire must be always worn.

-Do not touch the hot stones of the stove.

-Only pour a ladle full of water on the stones at any one time and check with other users before applying water.

– Users must respect other guests and maintain appropriate hygiene practices.

– Wild Sauna reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.

5. Age Restrictions

– Users must be at least 16 to access the Services.

– There is no upper age limit but please note that there is quite a steep walk up to the top of the hill so we recommend that you are relatively mobile and fit.

6. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

– All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance where applicable.

– Payments must be made prior to using the Services.

– Cancellation of a booking can be refunded or re-booked if cancelled within 48 hours

– Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee or non-refundable charge.

7. Modifications to Services and Terms

The Wild Sauna reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
